Documents required

- An application to the mayor
- A purchase contract or an ownership certificate
- Three copies of architectural draft showing the building’s floors, cuts, and facets.
- A 1/500 – scale draft locating the position, the area and the neighbouring buildings- (3 copies)
- A study office « skeleton » draft (4 copies)
- Annual income declaration

 

Agreement decision on land division operation

Documents required
 
- Two special application forms handed by the administration and signed in the municipality (legalized signature)
- The ownership contract substantiation (the ownership contract, a purchase contract, an estate draft, a merit verdict)
- Two samples of the land to be divided
- A 1/1000 scale draft clarifying the different land heights. (two copies) It should include the number, the area, the certification, and the draft of the road positions in the existing passages.
-7 copies of specifications stipulating the rights and the duties of the person responsible for the division and of those who purchase or rent the land. It should also include the management and drainage program.
- A municipality-tax payement certificate.
N.B: In case the owner's application was a co-proprietorship indivision, they will have to write an engagement where they commit them selves not to resign from the application for at least 5 years
