The person requesting this allocation must present a copy of each document to certify to the civil status service personnel. The officers must check the total conformity of the photocopy with the original one.

N.B:

•  The conformity certification of copies is forbidden when the document bears indecent text or is against order.

•  Administrative documents presented by the state services, by local associations and by public institutions are exempt from paying legal fees.
